Rural Clinical School

The Rural Clinical School provides a hub for clinical teaching and research in north west Tasmania. Based in Burnie, the School has a focus on medical undergraduate education in rural and remote settings and supports students, health professionals and researchers working in the Cradle Coast region.

The Rural Clinical School is funded by the Department of Health and Ageing - Regional Health Strategy.

NW community shows support for students
Supporters and colleagues from the NW community welcomed new staff and students to the RCS at a recent Community Welcome.
